"Lovely Stuff"

In the heart of Digbeth, Birmingham you will find the fabulous Spotted Dog pub.

A pub world-famous for it's hospitality and eccentricity, the Spotted Dog always offers a warm welcome and sometimes a free stew.

This traditional Irish boozer regularly caters for local groups, from traditional musicians, sports teams, film enthusiasts and even anarchists. The pub boasts a large covered garden, available for hire, allowing for outdoor acoustic music, barbecues, outdoor sports viewing and more.

We have hosted birthdays, christenings, confirmations, wedding receptions, gigs, album launches and even the birth of a nation.

Everyone is welcome at anytime, and feel free to pop in to speak to us about hosting your event, or contact John or Anne at john@birminghamirish.com

is the dog open now?

Could be, but if it isn't just pop down the road to the White Swan, Anchor, Old Crown or Fountain. Then come back a bit later.

Free wi-fi (for the passcode, simply ask at the bar for "drinks"), the best smoking shelter in the world...probably, card payments and even cashback.
